Resetting Your Password in BookLink

To reset your password, you will have to request one from the system again.

Notes: 

  • Your username is your email address. The username should be typed in all lower-case and is case-sensitive.
  • Passwords are encrypted; therefore, they cannot be retrieved or reset on OEC's end. 

To reset your password:

  1. Using your Internet browser, go to https://jlr.onlineservicebooking.com/OlsbConsole/Welcome.action.
  2. Click Request Password.

  3. Type your Dealer Code and Username

  4. Click Request Password.
  5. You will receive an email with a password. Copy the password (or write it down).

    1. Check your Junk/Spam folders if it is not in your inbox. 
  6. Return to the BookLink website (Step 1 above).
  7. Type your Dealer numberUsername, and Password in the provided fields.

  8. Click Login.

At this point, you can change the password to something you will remember.
