To reset your password, you will have to request one from the system again.
Notes:
- Your username is your email address. The username should be typed in all lower-case and is case-sensitive.
- Passwords are encrypted; therefore, they cannot be retrieved or reset on OEC's end.
To reset your password:
- Using your Internet browser, go to https://jlr.onlineservicebooking.com/OlsbConsole/Welcome.action.
- Click Request Password.
- Type your Dealer Code and Username.
- Click Request Password.
- You will receive an email with a password. Copy the password (or write it down).
- Check your Junk/Spam folders if it is not in your inbox.
- Return to the BookLink website (Step 1 above).
- Type your Dealer number, Username, and Password in the provided fields.
- Click Login.
At this point, you can change the password to something you will remember.
