Finding Bookings in the Diary

Your BookLink diary quickly shows how many bookings are in any given week, regardless of confirmed status.

To find bookings:

1. Click Diary from the Workshop menu option.
   
   
   1. Alternatively, click the Diary icon of any booking awaiting confirmation on the home page.
      
2. Use the navigation arrows at the top to navigate to the desired week.
   
3. Bookings display on the relevant day and selected time slot, regardless of its status.
   
   
   1. White background: Confirmed
   2. Yellow background: Provisional
   3. Pink background: Cancelled
4. Click on a booking to view it.
