Dealer name and contact information used throughout BookLink can be updated at any time through the Business Profile section to ensure your customers have access to the most accurate and up-to-date contact information. Note: Only Admin-level users may make changes to this information.
To update dealer contact details:
- Click Business profile from the Profile menu option.
- Click Change.
- Update the fields as desired.
- Click Update to save the changes.
Dealer Contact Detail Sections
| Field | Description |
| Brand | Set by OEConnection--this cannot be changed. |
| Code | Set by OEConnection. Contact Customer Support at olb.support@oeconnection.com to edit. |
| Name | Dealer name (e.g. Cardiff FCA). This displays in the email the customer receives and in the Select Dealer window when placing their booking. |
| Main Phone | The phone number to provide the customer in confirmation emails for any questions about their booking. |
| Alternative Phone | Not currently used/required. |
| Notification Email Addresses | All email addresses for personnel to receive notification emails for new bookings. Be sure to separate each with a comma and space (e.g. firstemail@email.com, secondemail@email.com). |
| Email Reply Address | The email address to display in the customer's confirmation email for any questions about their booking. This is the only email address your customers will actually see. |
| Website | Not currently used/required. |
| Address | Your workshop's address. |
| Town | The town your workshop is in. This will display in the confirmation email. |
| County | The county your workshop is in. This will display in the confirmation email. |
| Postcode | The postcode for your workshop. This will display in the confirmation email. Note: Changing the postcode will update the distance between your workshop and your customers. This may have a 2-3 hour delay when updating. |
