The BookLink process begins with your customer creating their booking using the steps outlined below.
To request a booking:
- Go to the Group or Dealer's website for your vehicle brand or your local dealer's website.
- Enter your vehicle's registration number and mileage, and click the magnifying glass (
).
- When your vehicle appears, confirm it is yours and click Continue.
- Enter your Postcode or Town and click the magnifying glass (
) to search. (If booking from your local dealer's website, you will skip this step.)
- Choose a dealer workshop from the provided list and click Continue. Note: Distances are calculated as straight-line distances instead of driving distances. This can affect accuracy in some cases (such as when a large body of water separates locations).
- If your dealership does not display in the initial list, click View more Retailers. (If booking from your local dealer's website, you will skip this step.)

- Choose the work you would like performed. Note: Click the information icon (
) to learn about a service.
- If work is not listed, enter it in the Comments field. The dealer will reach out to talk about the details of the request.

- The total of the selected work appears in the Booking Summary box.
- Choose a date for your visit. Note: Only available dates will show.
- Choose a preferred Drop off Time. Note: Only available time slots will show.
- Choose an option from the Alternative Transport Options? drop-down menu.
- When ready, click Continue.
- Enter your contact information. Note: Click the magnifying glass (
) to search for your address by postcode or click Enter address manually to add your address.
- (Optional) Choose a contact method for marketing and other alerts in the Consent section.
- Click Continue.
- Review your booking summary.
- Click Change to modify information if needed.
- Click Confirm to continue.
- A confirmation message displays, and your booking process is complete. You will receive an email confirmation after the dealer confirms your booking.
