Setting Auto Email Booking Reminders

BookLink can be set to automatically send a reminder email to customers a number of days before their booking is scheduled. 

Notes:

• The default reminder is set to Previous day.
• Emails will only be sent to customers with confirmed bookings.
• The text within these emails is set by the manufacturer. It cannot be updated by a dealer.

To set auto email booking reminders:

1. Click Workshop settings from the Workshop menu option.
   
2. Click Change.
   
3. Choose appropriately from the Email booking reminder drop-down menu.
   
   
   1. Not required: Does not send reminder emails.
   2. Previous day: A customer booked for Monday would receive an email on Sunday.
   3. Previous weekday: A customer booked for Monday would receive an email on Friday.
4. Choose what time the email should be sent from the drop-down.
5. When ready, click Update.
