Admin users can edit and remove user accounts.
- Click Contacts from the Profile menu option.
- Click the Update contact details icon to the right of the appropriate user.
- Update the fields as desired. Note: The Email cannot be changed.
- When ready, click Update.
Notes:
- You cannot delete your own user account.
- Deleting a user account disables the account for the Dealer Number you are logged in at.
- If the user can access multiple Dealer Numbers, log in to each Dealer Number and follow this process to remove their user account for each applicable dealer.
- Click Contacts from the Profile menu option.
- Click the Delete icon to the right of the appropriate user.
- Click OK in the warning message box.
