Updating and Removing User Accounts

Admin users can edit and remove user accounts. 


To edit a user account:

  1. Click Contacts from the Profile menu option.

  2. Click the Update contact details icon to the right of the appropriate user.

  3. Update the fields as desired. Note: The Email cannot be changed.

  4. When ready, click Update

To remove a user account:

Notes:

  • You cannot delete your own user account. 
  • Deleting a user account disables the account for the Dealer Number you are logged in at. 
    • If the user can access multiple Dealer Numbers, log in to each Dealer Number and follow this process to remove their user account for each applicable dealer. 
  1. Click Contacts from the Profile menu option.

  2. Click the Delete icon to the right of the appropriate user.

  3. Click OK in the warning message box.
