No Available Days Appearing for Customers

If a customer is trying to make a booking for your dealership but no days appear available, your Diary Settings may need adjusted.


To check for available days:

  1. Click Diary settings from the Workshop menu option.

  2. Click Change.

  3. Be sure your Opening times are set correctly.

  4. Check that you have the correct number of technicians available each day.

  5. Ensure your Available time per technician is set using minutes, rather than hours (e.g. 300 minutes, not 5 hours).

  6. Click Update to save any changes made.
