If a customer is trying to make a booking for your dealership but no days appear available, your Diary Settings may need adjusted.
To check for available days:
- Click Diary settings from the Workshop menu option.
- Click Change.
- Be sure your Opening times are set correctly.
- Check that you have the correct number of technicians available each day.
- Ensure your Available time per technician is set using minutes, rather than hours (e.g. 300 minutes, not 5 hours).
- Click Update to save any changes made.
