Adding a User to Multiple Dealers

A user can be granted access to more than one dealer's console. This change can only be made through an Admin User account.

To switch dealers, the user would simply log out of one dealer number and log in using another dealer number.

To add a user to multiple dealers:

1. Create the user's initial account with one dealer. (Click here for instructions.)
   1. Skip this step if user account is already created. 
2. Log into the second dealer's console. 
3. Begin the process to create the same user for the second dealer (Step 1 above).
   1. Once you add the user's email address, the other details (name, phone, etc.) should pre-populate.
4. Save the contact as usual. 
5. Continue this process as needed.
