Dealers can set different transport options to offer their customers when they book an appointment. Hatsfields controls some options. Others can be set by individual dealers.
To set transport options:
- Click Workshop settings from the Workshop menu option.
- Click Change.
- Update the available fields as desired. (Refer to the table below for more information on the options available.)
- Click Update when finished.
The following table provides some guidelines for each field or section of the Transport Options section.
| Column | Description |
| Active | If ticked, the option is available to customers. |
| Override | If ticked, this replaces the default values with your local settings. |
| Mon-Fri | If ticked, this option is available Monday through Friday. |
| Sat-Sun | If ticked, this option is available Saturdays and Sundays. |
| Lead Time | Use this field to override your Minimum Days in Advance diary setting. |
| Charge | Use this field to set the amount to charge for this option. |
| Max Distance | Use this field to set the maximum distance you wish to offer this option for. Note: This is only used to make customers aware. It will not impact if the option appears for that customer. |
| Max Drive Time | Use this field to set the maximum drive time you wish to offer this option for. Note: This is only used to make customers aware. It will not impact if the option appears for that customer. |
