Logging In to BookLink

KB Article #8061

Logging in to the BookLink Online Booking Console for the first time requires a password from OEC. Once the account is created and you receive your initial password, you can log in.

Notes:

  • If you are the first user for your dealership, email the support team at olb.support@oeconnection.com with your details to have an account set up.
  • Your username is your email address. The username should be typed in all lower-case and is case-sensitive.

First Time User Log In

To log in for the first time:

  1. Using your Internet browser, go to https://jlr.onlineservicebooking.com/OlsbConsole/Welcome.action. Note: Supported browsers include:
    1. Microsoft Edge
    2. Google Chrome
    3. Mozilla Firefox
    4. Apple Safari
  2. Click Request Password.

  3. Enter your Dealer number and User (email).

  4. Click Request Password.
  5. You will receive an email with a password. Copy the password (or write it down).

    1. Check your Junk/Spam folders if it is not in your inbox. 
  6. Return to (or open again) the Dealer Console website (Step 1 above).
  7. Fill in the Dealer numberUser (email), and Password fields.

  8. Click Login.

Returning User Log In

To log in as a returning user:

  1. Using your Internet browser, go to https://jlr.onlineservicebooking.com/OlsbConsole/Welcome.actionNote: Supported browsers include:
    1. Microsoft Edge
    2. Google Chrome
    3. Mozilla Firefox
    4. Apple Safari
  2. Fill in the Dealer numberUser (email), and Password fields.
