Changing a Booking Date

You can change the date of a confirmed booking for a customer, as long as the date/time for the booking has not already passed. Once passed, the customer will need to create a new booking.


To change a booking date:

  1. Click Diary from the Workshop menu option.

  2. Use the navigation arrows at the top to navigate to the desired week.

  3. Click on the booking to open it. 
  4. Click Change to begin modifying.

  5. Click Modify

  6. Edit the fields as needed and click Update

  7. Transfer the booking to your Workshop Loading System and click Confirm
