You can change the date of a confirmed booking for a customer, as long as the date/time for the booking has not already passed. Once passed, the customer will need to create a new booking.
To change a booking date:
- Click Diary from the Workshop menu option.
- Use the navigation arrows at the top to navigate to the desired week.
- Click on the booking to open it.
- Click Change to begin modifying.
- Click Modify.
- Edit the fields as needed and click Update.
- Transfer the booking to your Workshop Loading System and click Confirm.
