Cancelling Bookings

Bookings can be cancelled quickly by following the steps below. 

Note: BookLink will not provide the customer with a cancellation notification. Contact the customer using the booking's Contact details and the preferred contact method, which will be listed in the Diary Entry details.


To cancel an unconfirmed booking:

  1. Log into the Hatsfields BookLink Dealer Console. (Click here for instructions.)
  2. Bookings are displayed in the order they are due to arrive (top to bottom). Click the Confirm Bookings icon.

  3. Click Cancel Booking.

  4. Click OK on the warning dialog box to confirm cancellation.
