Bookings can be cancelled quickly by following the steps below.
Note: BookLink will not provide the customer with a cancellation notification. Contact the customer using the booking's Contact details and the preferred contact method, which will be listed in the Diary Entry details.
To cancel an unconfirmed booking:
- Log into the Hatsfields BookLink Dealer Console. (Click here for instructions.)
- Bookings are displayed in the order they are due to arrive (top to bottom). Click the Confirm Bookings icon.
- Click Cancel Booking.
- Click OK on the warning dialog box to confirm cancellation.
